By accessing our website or engaging TaskArk for services, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

TaskArk provides long-horizon AI agent services: discovery, process and systems mapping, deployment across your workflows, and ongoing operation and improvement.

The specific scope, deliverables, and commercial terms for any engagement are defined in a separate order or statement of work agreed between us.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for the systems, data, and access you connect to the agents we operate for you.

You agree to use the services in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse them or interfere with their operation.

We retain ownership of our methods, tooling, and pre-existing materials. You retain ownership of your data and your pre-existing materials.

Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is governed by the applicable order or statement of work.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, TaskArk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Engagements may be terminated as described in the applicable order or statement of work.
